For more than 22 years, Curt has offered his clients personalized fitness coaching and training for all levels of fitness, in the privacy of a small gym environment. Curt’s clients come from a wide range of skills, ages and interests and include students, families, athletes, retirees and more. Curt partners with each of his clients to design appropriate, yet challenging, health and fitness programs with his clients’ individual goals and fitness levels as a guiding factor. Curt prides himself in his commitment to client motivation and success, and maintains numerous long-term clients that he has helped achieve one fitness milestone after another.
